Order requests

The online order desk collects product and customization instructions for OPSCO review. A submitted request is not a production proof, binding quote, guarantee of availability, completed order, or promise of a completion date. OPSCO confirms product, quantity, price, availability, artwork, production timing, delivery, and payment terms in writing before production.

Artwork rights

By submitting artwork, you represent that you own it or have permission to reproduce it. You authorize OPSCO to use submitted artwork to evaluate requests, prepare quotes and proofs, and produce an approved order. We may decline content that appears unlawful or infringing.

Proof approval

You are responsible for reviewing spelling, colors, quantities, placement, and other details before approving the final production proof. OPSCO will not begin production until you explicitly approve the final mockup or proof in writing and any required payment is received. Changes after approval may require a new quote or schedule.

Discounts

Tentative volume discounts on base hat pricing are 5% for 6–11 hats and 8% for 12–23 hats; orders of 24 or more require a custom quote. OPSCO offers a 10% U.S. Military & Veteran Discount to eligible U.S. service members and veterans on base hat pricing. Eligibility is confirmed before the final quote. Military, veteran, volume, promotional, and other discounts cannot be combined; OPSCO applies the single best eligible discount. Additional decoration, artwork or setup charges, shipping, and taxes are excluded unless the written quote states otherwise.

Custom goods

Because personalized goods are made to order, cancellation, return, refund, defect, and remedy terms will be stated in the final written order documents. Please report any concern promptly after delivery.

Production and delivery

Any production or delivery date is an estimate unless OPSCO expressly confirms otherwise in writing. Timing may be affected by blank availability, artwork approval, carriers, weather, equipment, or other conditions outside reasonable control.
