When you submit an order request, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, uploaded artwork, requested date, project notes, artwork-rights confirmation, and the hat, patch, and placement selections you provide.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review requests, prepare quotes and proofs, communicate about potential or active orders, fulfill approved orders, improve our services, prevent misuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Website hosting, form processing, email, invoicing, analytics, shipping, and payment providers may process information on our behalf. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Artwork and retention

Uploaded artwork is used to evaluate and fulfill your request unless you give us separate permission for another use. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and applicable recordkeeping.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your request, subject to applicable exceptions.
